CornerEngine provides football statistics, automated analysis and informational predictions. It is not a gambling operator and does not accept stakes, hold funds, place bets or pay winnings.

Accounts and security
Where accounts are available, users must provide accurate details, keep credentials confidential and promptly report unauthorised access. Accounts may not be transferred.

Permitted use
Unauthorised access, bypassing security controls, abusive data extraction, automation that harms the service, malware distribution and illegal use are prohibited.

Predictions may be wrong. Historical performance does not guarantee future results. The separate Prediction Disclaimer applies.

Intellectual property
The brand, interface, text, code, analysis structure and original content belong to the operator or its licensors. Third-party data remains subject to the rights and terms of its source.

Availability and changes
The platform may be updated, suspended or changed for maintenance, security, compliance or improvement. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Suspension of access
Access may be restricted for breach of terms, security risk, abuse or legal obligation. Measures do not affect rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CornerEngine is not liable for losses arising from independent betting decisions, incorrect third-party data or external outages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded by mandatory law.

The terms are interpreted under the law of the jurisdiction stated in the Legal Notice, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or other applicable mandatory rules.
